Cancellation Policy
Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription or pre-order. This policy explains how you can manage or cancel these types of purchases.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries based on the frequency and duration selected at checkout.
Your payment method will be securely stored and automatically charged according to the selected billing schedule unless you choose a prepaid option.
Subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. If you do not wish to continue, you must cancel before the next billing date.
How to Cancel or Modify a Subscription
You may cancel or modify your subscription in one of the following ways:
- Provide at least 3 days’ written notice before your next billing date by emailing:
info@bryteon.store - Use the “Manage Subscription” option available on our website, where you can update, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time
- Use the link provided in your order confirmation or billing emails to manage your subscription settings
Cancellations requested after the renewal date may apply to the next billing cycle.

Pre-Orders
A pre-order allows you to purchase an item that is not yet in stock or is scheduled for future release.
At checkout, we may:
- Charge the full amount upfront
- Collect a partial deposit
- Store your payment method and charge the remaining balance when the item is ready to ship
Pre-Order Cancellations
- Pre-orders may be cancelled before fulfillment for a full refund (or deposit refund, if applicable)
- Once a pre-order has been fulfilled and shipped, it can no longer be cancelled
After delivery, any return or refund requests will be handled in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy
