Shipping Policy

Please allow 5–10 business days for order processing and 6–14 business days for standard shipping (delivery times vary by location).

You will receive an order confirmation email after checkout, followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Note: Delivery times are estimates only. Bryteon does not guarantee specific delivery dates, but we will always do our best to ensure your order arrives within or before the estimated timeframe.

Please ensure all shipping information is accurate and complete before submitting your order. Orders may be delayed if we need to verify or correct address details.

Your package may be delivered by your local postal service or a courier, and in many cases will arrive with your regular mail. If you are not home during delivery, the carrier may leave a notice with pick-up or redelivery instructions.

Bryteon does not re-ship packages that are returned due to:

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Recipient unavailability

Failure to collect the parcel within the carrier’s holding period

If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, you must contact the delivery carrier directly.
Bryteon is not responsible for packages marked as delivered and cannot provide refunds, replacements, or credits for these cases.

CUSTOMS & REGULATIONS

Your local customs office may require additional documentation, taxes, or processing time to release your shipment. This may delay delivery beyond our estimated timeframes.

It is your responsibility to verify local postal and customs regulations for any restricted or prohibited items before placing an order. Bryteon is not liable for items refused, held, or seized by customs authorities.
